Foreigners sitting Vietnam's motorcycle driving test are finding the practical component harder than expected. VnExpress International reported on 19 June that one foreign rider, named Philippe, was disqualified after wobbling and putting a foot down on entry to the figure-eight course, a loudspeaker announcing the failure immediately.
