Da Nang traffic police fined a foreign national and seized their motorcycle after video of the rider releasing both hands from the handlebars while moving spread across social media. The Phòng Cảnh sát giao thông (CSGT) said it identified and processed the case quickly after the clip circulated, per CADN Online, which reported it on June 7, 2026.
