Da Nang traffic police (CSGT) impounded a foreign national's motorbike on June 6, 2026, after a Facebook video showed him riding with both hands off the handlebars, a female passenger on the back. Per CADN Online (Công an TP Đà Nẵng), officers from the Phòng Cảnh sát giao thông received the clip the same morning it circulated online.
